Bred, buttered and tortilla’d in San Antonio, TX, I moved to NYC in 2000 to be a copywriter at a big ad agency. I’ve been receiving the education of my life in this tiny giant of a city ever since. When I’m not writing advertising (sometimes BADvertising), I’m working on personal articles and essays. Or doing some voice-over work. Or playing some tunes with my kooky band.

I'm a normal, fashion-loving chick living in Brooklyn with my tower-tall funny husband, Dan (who has helped make much of this site/project possible). Don't expect these pictures to be like all the amazing fashiony ones you see out there. I'm just trying to wear my closet!
